Intuitive Painting Women's Circle

Dear Women,I invite you to join me in exploring the creative medium of acrylic painting. The circle will be a full day immersion of creation, guided visualizations, sound and light breathwork. We will be wonderfully nestled among the trees at HeArt of Rest in Bibra Lake, so we can really drop in to the session.

The intention of the work we will be doing together is to connect back in with the feminine and the intuitive, allowing our unique expression to move from the intangible to the tangible. A beautiful way to move through and express emotions, share our stories, connect back in with our hearts and each other, coming together as a powerful, uplifting collective.

 The women's circle is limited to a max of 8 participants to maintain intimacy and ensure that I can guide everyone along the way on their journey.To assist in moving us deeper into the creative flow, I will be sharing light breathwork techniques, guided meditations and visualizations, which focus on cultivating Chi, Ching and Shen.

This circle is intended to allow you to connect more deeply with yourself, your path, as well as your intuition. The tools I will teach you, are easily transferred to everyday life, allowing for more flow and a general overall state of balance and joy. This work is heart work.

I will be supplying all the creative tools such as canvas, paints, brushes, etc. However, I do encourage that you bring any tools you really enjoy if you do already paint.

We will be seated on the ground whilst painting, so I also encourage that you bring an easel if you think you may find this uncomfortable. Easels can be found in Spotlight, Office Works and I think even Bunnings. They should be around $25-$30 each for a sturdy starter easel, which will be well worth your while if you choose the continue painting at home after the circle.

Please bring a notepad and something to write with, as you may want to note anything that comes up for you during the process.

All mothers, daughters, sisters, and anyone who identifies with being a woman are welcome with open arms. This is a judgement-free zone, so come with an open mind and an open heart.

All that is expressed within the circle is kept within the circle. Please honour this sacred code of conduct when you show up for yourself and others.

 A bit more about me, I am a Perth-based artist and massage practitioner with Scandinavian roots. I have held various adult and children's workshops over the last 10 yrs, however, I have most recently felt pulled to work more intimately with women specifically, especially after becoming a mother in 2020.
