I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.

Late Cancellations (within 24 hours)
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee will be charged.

No Show
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the session fee will be charged.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice, and I will do our best to accommodate you at a more suitable time.
